Alex the Anxious Lamb: an introduction

This is Alex. He’s a little anxious.

Sometimes, Alex gets so anxious he runs off…
or fights
or freezes
or fawns
Or just hides under the blanket and hopes you don’t see him

It’s pretty exhausting.

But when I’m with Alex,
everything gets a little easier

Alex can deal with the chaos of travel.
And the disapproving bank manager.
And the stony interview panel.

And after a bit of rest
he’s ready to enjoy the sunset
